REFLECTION

Creating a diverse range of questions can be very time-consuming. Each question type requires different approaches to design, development, and scoring, but technical limitations impact the variety of question types you can implement. I relied on several free icon sites and built-in templates to accomplish this interactive assessment.

Ultimately, my weakness lies in creating the appropriate level of difficulty in any kind of assessment, because I want to stay away from gotcha questions and persuasive decoy answers I end up creating very easy assessments. Otherwise, I’m confident my assessments are balanced and applicable to the learning outcomes without being confusing or complex, but if I start to push myself in assessment creation, I will have to ensure those qualities remain intact.
